Calcoöl is designed and developed in Quebec, Canada, by professionals who understand the unique challenges of the alcohol production industry. 

We help producers automate their production processes and regulatory compliance, allowing them to focus on what they do best: creating exceptional products. 

• Gérald Lacroix
  Founder and former owner of Distillerie Shefford, Gérald also served as Vice-President on the Board of Directors of the AMDQ (Association des Micro-Distilleries du Québec, now succeeded by the UQMD). Through this experience, he has developed an in-depth understanding of the challenges faced by alcohol producers in Quebec and throughout Canada.
  
  Prior to entering the alcohol production industry, Gérald spent more than ten years implementing production management systems in the power generation, heavy industry, and manufacturing sectors. This experience gave him a strong understanding of the importance of reliable, flexible, and easily accessible tools for production monitoring and product traceability.
  
  

• Gérard Françon
  A programmer analyst with more than 30 years of experience, Gérard has extensive expertise in the analysis and development of production management tools and dashboards for the manufacturing, heavy industry, and energy production sectors.
  
  As a systems architect, he defines the components, technologies, and tools required to build efficient, reliable, and well-designed software solutions.
